Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to complete all of the services scheduled for that day.

Cancellations:
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment online up to 48 hours in advance. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the booked services.
